FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Is this a loan?
It's a revolving business line of credit: you're approved for a limit, draw against it as needed, and each draw is repaid on its own fixed schedule. It is business-purpose financing only, not a consumer loan.
How is the cost calculated?
Each draw is priced with a factor rate. Draw $10,000 at 1.25× and you repay $12,500 in 26 equal weekly payments. The calculator above shows the finance charge, cost per dollar and estimated APR for any amount.
Can I pay a draw off early?
Yes. Pay a draw in full within 30 days of funding and 25% of the remaining cost is discounted. After that, you can still pay off at any time with no penalty.
How do payments work?
Payments are debited automatically from your business bank account on business days at the frequency shown in your agreement (weekly by default). Due dates that land on a weekend or bank holiday move to the next business day. Late and returned payments carry the fees shown in your disclosure.
What happens after I repay?
Repaid principal becomes available to draw again for as long as your line is open, so you don't need to reapply for each draw.
What do I need to apply?
Basic business details (including your EIN), information about owners holding a majority of the business, your business bank account, and your last three months of business bank statements.
Does applying affect my credit?
With your authorization we obtain business and personal credit reports as part of underwriting, and we tell you exactly when you're giving that authorization in the application.
